Lessn automatically syncs bills from Xero, but if you need the latest updates immediately, you can manually refresh your bills. This ensures you have the most up-to-date information, including any new bills or changes made in Xero.
Manually Refresh Bills
Go to Businesses.
Select the business you want to refresh bills for and click Manage.
Go to the Xero tab.
Under Refresh Data, click Refresh Bill.
This will manually check for the latest bill data from Xero. If any bills have been deleted in Xero and are still unpaid, they will also be removed from Lessn.
Keeping Bills Data Up to Date
Refreshing bills ensures you always have the latest data from Xero in Lessn. If a bill has been updated or deleted in Xero, this process will reflect those changes in Lessn instantly.
