If a team member no longer needs access to your Lessn account, you can remove them from your business. This ensures that only authorised users can manage payments and financial data.
Remove a User
Go to Manage Lessn β Businesses, select the business you want to invite a user to and click Manage.
Navigate to the User Management tab, locate the user you want to remove and click the trash button.
Confirm your decision when prompted.
Once removed, the user will no longer have access to the business in Lessn.
Managing User Access
Keeping your team list up to date ensures that only authorised individuals can access payments and financial records. If needed, you can always invite a user back by sending a new invitation through the User Management tab.
