Lessn allows you to cancel payments that are still scheduled, giving you flexibility to adjust your payment plans before they are processed. However, once a payment has started processing, it cannot be cancelled.
Unschedule a Payment
Go to Bills in Lessn.
Click on the Scheduled tab to view upcoming payments.
Find the bill you want to cancel and click Details.
Click Unschedule to cancel the payment.
Once cancelled, the bill will return to the New state, meaning it has not been scheduled or paid. You can choose to pay it manually or schedule it again for a future date.
When a Payment Cannot Be Withdrawn
If the bill status is Processing, the payment has already begun and cannot be stopped. At this point, the transaction is being handled by the payment provider, and the only way to resolve an issue would be to contact the supplier or your bank.
Managing Payment Changes
Cancelling a scheduled payment allows you to adjust your cash flow and ensure payments are only made when needed. If a payment is scheduled by mistake, you can unschedule it before the payment date and reschedule it later when you're ready.
