In Lessn, you can link specific payment methods to individual businesses under your account. This gives you more control over how payments are managed—especially if you handle multiple businesses or want to use different cards for different entities.
This is different from adding a payment method to your Lessn account. If you haven't added your card to your account yet, follow the steps in our guide here.
By associating a payment method to a business, you're specifying which card(s) can be used for that business. If no card is linked, Lessn will fall back to your account's default payment method when processing payments.
Associate a Payment Method to a Business
Go to Businesses, find the business you want to update and click Manage.
Navigate to the Payment Methods tab. Choose a payment method already saved to your Lessn account and click Add Card to link it to the business.
The card will now be available whenever you pay bills for that business. You can link more than one card if needed.
Control Which Cards Are Used Per Business
Associating payment methods at the business level gives you greater flexibility—especially if you're using Lessn to manage payments across multiple entities or businesses. It ensures the right card is used every time, with no surprises.
