Connecting MYOB to Lessn
You can connect your MYOB account to Lessn during sign-up:
Click Connect MYOB, select the business, and authorise the connection using your MYOB login.
If you skipped this step during sign-up, you can connect later:
Go to Businesses in Lessn and click Add Business.
Select Connect MYOB, choose your business, and complete the authorisation steps.
Once connected, Lessn will begin syncing your unpaid bills and supplier data, so you can start making payments right away.
How Data Flows Between Lessn and MYOB
Unpaid bills from MYOB automatically appear in Lessn, along with suppliers that have valid bank details. Once you pay a bill using Lessn, the transaction is processed via your selected payment method.
When the payment is successful, Lessn updates the bill status in MYOB and marks the bill as paid, so there’s no need for manual reconciliation.
What Lessn Syncs from MYOB
Lessn pulls in key data from your MYOB account to streamline payments:
Bills – Outstanding bills from MYOB are pulled into Lessn and ready for payment.
Suppliers – Suppliers with valid bank details are imported so you can pay them directly from Lessn.
